Planning Permission granted for extension within Greenwich Conservation Area

JTA have had an incredibly busy few weeks recently, that’s for sure! One highlight has been the approval of planning permission for the residential extension of a property within the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Ashburnham Triangle.

Occupying the location of an existing utility room in poor condition and a shower room at the half landing, this proposal responds to the immediate context by following the cues of neighbouring properties and stepping back and forth accordingly. An expanse of roof lights allow natural daylight to penetrate to the core of the property at lower ground level.
