Span # 2 - The Keep

Our clients in this terraced Span house required more space to be made before they moved in as they had just had a new baby and wanted to settle in Blackheath. The extension allows great volumes of natural light in with the fully glazed double sliding rear doors and large flat rooflight. 

This development fell within Permitted Development rights allowing the client to simply extend without having to wait the statutory 8 weeks and approvals required by the full planning process.
