Devonhurst Place
JTA's bespoke design for Devonhurst Place. In incorporating a canopy, lighting and signage the design responds to the existing conditions and constraints of the building.
As well as not being an off-the-shelf product; the bold, simple form creates an entrance area with impact. It incorporates bold text cut out of a curved steel plate and LED strips which light up the entrance to this apartment block. The canopy is made of two large pieces of toughened and curved glass.
